I’m a nurse and emotional wellness coach.

I am a wellbeing facilitator, burnout prevention expert, and sometimes the loving kick in the pants we all need to do sometimes to do what’s going to help us but can also be uncomfortable.
I guide stressed and exhausted health and teaching professionals to cultivate a dedicated self-care practice, keep to habits that make an impact, and get clarity on what will make you happier and more fulfilled.
That sounds like a lot, I know.
Here’s the deal.
My coaching approach is motivational interviewing techniques which puts you in the driver’s seat, evidence-based practice, and positive psychology principles that gives you clear (and most of all, realistic) action steps that take just 5-15 minutes per day that will add up to BIG impact.
But you’re unorthodox too. You’re an independent success-minded person who decided to take the harder and more rewarding path and wants to change the world, one person at a time.
You need someone who has also gotten their “battle scars” working with patients who knows the everyday struggles and knows what works and what doesn’t.
